Who We Are

In 2023, the National Gallium Nitride Technology Centre (NGTC) was established for translational R&D in this sector and is the first in Singapore dedicated to GaN technologies.

NGTC will form part of A*STAR’s broader initiative as NSTIC (GaN) – National Semiconductor Translation and Innovation Centre for Gallium Nitride in June 2025 to better reflect its position as the national platform to foster collaboration across the ecosystem and strengthen the translation of research into industry outcomes in GaN technologies.
