Dr Vincent Leong

Dr. Leong Yoke Choy Vincent was born in 1966 and obtained his B.Eng. (1st Class Hons) and M.Sc. degrees from the National University of Singapore in 1991 and 1995, respectively, and his Ph.D. degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2000. Since 1991, he has been with DSO National Laboratories, Singapore, where he is involved in the area of microwave component and system design. His research interests include microwave/millimeter-wave MMIC design and modeling, as well as the design of novel RF passive structures, including baluns and couplers. He is currently the Director of the Radio Frequency Engineering program and the Laboratory Director (Concurrent) of the Radio Frequency Laboratory at DSO National Laboratories.
