Jeremy Leow was seconded to the Future Systems and Technology Directorate (FSTD), Ministry of Defence as Director, Systems and Concepts Group 3 in June 2023. In this role, he is responsible for master-planning and funding of projects related to micro-electronics and quantum technologies. He also serves as a member of the Governing Board in Centre for Quantum Technologies, and as a member of the Technical Evaluation Panel for the Office of Space Technology and Industry.

Jeremy started his career in DSO National Laboratories as a radar engineer. Prior to joining FSTD, he held the appointment of Director for Space Systems Programme at DSO from 2021 to 2023 in which he managed projects related to development of satellite technologies.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Imperial College and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
