Wrapping Up GSTCE 2025 – Event Recap
Mar 06 2025

The National Semiconductor Translation and Innovation Centre for Gallium Nitride, NSTIC (GaN), formerly known as NGTC, joined A*STAR’s Institute of Microelectronics (IME) at the Global Space Technology Convention & Exhibition (GSTCE) 2025. The event took place from 26 to 27 February at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
Over two exciting days, the team connected with global innovators, researchers, and industry leaders. The discussions and showcases focused on how Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology, advanced microelectronics, and A*STAR-led innovations are driving progress in the semiconductor industry and contributing to the future of space and sustainable systems.
Connecting Science, Technology, and the Future
GSTCE 2025 provided a unique platform for meaningful exchange across the global technology ecosystem. Visitors explored how GaN devices and microelectronics are supporting high-efficiency systems in satellite communications, aerospace, and energy management.
In addition, NSTIC (GaN) and IME representatives shared insights into ongoing research programmes that combine materials science, device engineering, and system-level design. These efforts demonstrate how Singapore continues to strengthen its leadership in both innovation and advanced manufacturing within the semiconductor industry.

Thank You for Connecting with Us
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all the visitors, collaborators, and partners who stopped by our booth during GSTCE 2025. Your enthusiasm and engagement made the event a rewarding experience for everyone involved.
The conversations we had sparked new ideas and reaffirmed the importance of collaboration in accelerating deep-tech progress. Every connection made at GSTCE adds momentum to the collective effort of building a sustainable, innovation-driven future.
Looking Ahead
Although GSTCE 2025 has concluded, our mission continues. NSTIC (GaN) and A*STAR’s IME remain committed to pushing technological boundaries and developing high-performance solutions that empower industries and communities.
Moving forward, we aim to deepen collaborations, explore new research directions, and further contribute to the growth of the semiconductor industry through scientific discovery and engineering excellence.
Together, let’s continue reaching for new frontiers.
